Who are we

Agenti was founded by Tony Collins (tonycollins@agenti.co.uk) and Chris Halward (chrishalward@agenti.co.uk).

Along with Chris and Tony, who between them have over 30 years experience in the contact centre industry, Agenti has a team of experienced contact centre specialists who have designed, built and managed many contact centres around the world.

Their vast enthusiasm for this industry is reflected in the design and excitement of the Agenti products. Their shared passion is to continue to develop the professionalism of the industry and ensure people want to build a career within the contact centre industry.

It is Agenti philosophy that customers talking to agents who have been trained to an accredited standard is the model for success in the customer services industry.

The model ensures that the agent has the required skills and knowledge. The model also ensures that the agent's motivation and professionalism is maintained, which in itself leads to a greater consistency of service and much higher levels of staff retention.

Curriculum design and development is led by our development team. The team are drawn from a range of skills and experiences in the contact centre and customer services industries, academia and professional training.

Curriculum qualifications are specified and agreed through a close working relationship with Network Training (www.network-training.ac.uk). Network Training has an established track record in delivering qualifications to the UK education sector.
